We pay on time, every week. Payment options depend on the program:
• Company drivers: fixed percentage or CPM
• Lease/Owner Operators: percentage of the load

Yes, all drivers receive a fuel card with national discounts.
Yes, all trucks come equipped with I-Pass / PrePass for tolls and weigh station bypass.
Most drivers average 2,500–3,500 miles per week, depending on availability and lanes.
Yes. Our dispatch team works 24/7, focuses on high-paying freight, and respects your home-time needs.
Yes. Drivers can schedule home time, usually every 2–3 weeks, depending on the lane and freight availability.
Drivers must have:
• Valid CDL Class A
• Clean MVR or acceptable record
• Medical card
• Two years of verifiable experience (depending on position)
We pay detention, layover, TONU, and extra stops, depending on the rate confirmation.
We mainly hire experienced OTR drivers, but certain programs may allow exceptions based on performance and safety.
